Weather Conditions 2D

I've just now noticed this in the past couple of days, but I believe this has been the case for the entirety of OOTP 19's release. The weather conditions no longer appear at the top of the screen in the classic 2D view next to the name of the stadium like it used to in OOTP 18. It is helpful to know the weather conditions, particularly the wind, when making in-game decisions.

It's not on the top bar in classic 3D any longer either. I keep hoping they bring it back. It is an available widget on the modern 3D view, but for some reason, while it's really good looking, I can't get used to the modern 3D.
