Expansion Question

I am trying a game playing as the GM for an expansion team. My question is that my I end up with 2 teams in both the New York-Penn League and Appalachian League. Is there a way to move one of the 2 teams into a different minor league. I have been unable to do it.
In the past I was able to do it, but that was in commissioner mode which I have turned off this time.

This is something we are hopeful they will revisit and change how the expansion process works. But in order to move the minor league teams you need to be in Commish mode and then go to the Settings for the league and then select change league structure. You will then be able to move the team by clicking on the 'Move Team To" button and than you can move it to whatever league you want to.....but remember to regenerate the schedule for the league you moved the team from and the league you moved the team to.
