Way to Access Historical Player Ratings During Season?

Is there a way to view what a player was rated during a certain historical season during one's own season?

For example, if I'm playing an 2018 MLB Quickstart but I want to randomly see what ratings Pedro Martinez had in 2000, I can find that 2000 Red Sox team and find Pedro on there in the history page, but when I click him, it takes me to 46-year-old retired Pedro, complete with his 46-year-old ratings (which are obviously terrible).

Am I clicking on something incorrect?

Secondly, can I access his actual ratings as commissioner (the 1-250 ratings, not the 20-80 scouting) for a certain year?

historical player ratings depend on settings to some extent, from what i know.

could try importing pedro martinez to you rleage and can always delete him. have to look up lehman's id for him.. i belive it mirrors baseball-reference id most of the time.

you can see that id inteh url - "martipe02" maybe that works.. if not google/forum search for proper id lookup tool.. i don't dothis often.. maybe 1 or 2 times so not 100% familiar. no idea if you can affect the "year" you import from etc.

once you import you can look at ratings in editor, of course.
