I LOVE that an injured or ejected player doesn't have to IMMEDIATELY be substituted for....allowing for double switches, etc

This is my favorite new feature. I would have bought 19 if this was the only new feature offered. It would always killed me when a pitcher would get injured on the last out of inning and was due to bat following inning. I remember trying once to force a double switch and crashing the game.
