Error 202 while uploading game file

Hello,

I have an unusual situation and would really appreciate any help that you can offer.

I am in 2 online leagues. I bought a new computer and for some reason I am getting an Error 202 when I try to upload one of the game files. I can download league updates for both leagues, can upload just fine for one, but the other kicks the error. I changed the fttp method to passive and active to see if that helped, no go. I also shut off my firewall and virus protection, still wont go through.

So I am at a complete loss at this point. What is even stranger, is if I use my old laptop, everything works just fine.

Needless to say I am getting very frustrated so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
