Definition of "Build a Dynasty" Owner Goal?

Owner gave me a goal to "Build a Dynasty".

I thought I was already in the middle of one and doing well to maintain it.

I've already won two WS over the last 12 years and been in the playoffs for the last 13 years. I've lost in the WS the last two years and two other times during the 13 year period. I've won 100+ games 6 of the last 7 years and 90+ in the others. If that is not already a dynasty, I definitely don't know what one actually is.

A search of the manual for "Dynasty" failed to find any matches. An update is probably required.

In game, what does "Build a Dynasty" mean and how do I actually satisfy it over the next six years?

Any and all help appreciated.

Thanks,
Malor

Dude I've won 8 WS in 18 seasons, with 17 division titles and one wildcard (so 18 straight postseason appearances), and my owner is still asking me to build a dynasty. I'm like what the heck do you still need to see bro?

A good example of why one may want to tick "cannot be fired" in the manager options

I get this goal all the time once I turn my team into a really good one, even when I've won like 13 titles in 20 years my owner still tells me to build a dynasty, then after a WS win is like "14 wins in 21 years is a dynasty". It's just the highest accomplishment goal your owner can give you. Also it only takes into account world series wins over a period of time, not winning seasons or championship appearances or anything.

Thanks again for the replies.

I guess this is another goal I can safely ignore.

I believe years ago it was something like 3 world series wins in 5 seasons.
