Managing Minors

Okay so new to the game. I'm sick of letting my best players go through the minors playing a position I don't want them to. Is there anyway I can control my minor league rotations and lineups?

If you go into your manager settings by clicking on your name at the top, you can choose to control the lineups and depth charts etc or allow the minor league managers do so.

You can also go to player strategy and force start at position
