Historical Ballparks

I am waiting to do my 1960 replay for the 3D ballparks. I still don't see add on central up and running as of yet, so is there any to download these ballparks without having to use a rar zip program. About a month or so ago, I downloaded a rar zip and soon after had to take my computer in as I had a virus, not sure where it came from, but I suspect it was from that site, lots of stuff going on. Please advise. Thank You.
