madjac74 Minors (Double A) Join Date: Dec 2011 Posts: 133	New Free Agents I have a three league promotion system. Im trying to follow players added to the league more closely. Is there a way to shut off player creation for the three promotion leagues entirely? I decided I want to slowly feed in players from an Independent league with its own feeder system. Also I was wondering if you have to have a draft for college/hs feeders to work? Thanks for any help or ideas! p.s. basically what Im trying to avoid is really highly rated 29 yr olds with absolutely no history
