Spring Training Question - Catchers

I've been playing since OOTP16 and I've noticed that when simming games, catchers in spring training tend to catch a full game most of the time. This is occurring while the rest of the position players move all over and are substituted out all the time. This is also occurring on the AI teams.

I normally go into ST with 4-5 catchers and would like to see them used more often as subs to replace the starting catcher each game and spread the playing time and risk of injury around.

I don't think it makes sense in ST to see the same catcher play the entire game.

Comments from players and OOTP team are appreciated.

Thanks,
Malor
