Anyone start 2018 season with all players healthy?
Was considering this option to just heal everyone on day 1, including players hurt in real life. Has anyone tired this? What was impact?

Wouldn't that remove any semblance of realism?

I would keep the option where players could be injured. I usually set to "low" setting as I find "normal" results in too many injuries.
Im just saying that you heal everyone the day you create the league, then let the game determine who gets injured throughout the season. |

Yep, this is what I do. When I start a new MLB quickstart I always clear all of the injuries. Once I start my league, though, I always play with injuries on the Realistic setting.
