Amazon launch week sale

Hi everyone.

I'm really interested in finally splurge on the game, it looks great!

I have some Amazon credit lying around, so I was thinking of getting it that way.

Two things just for my peace of mind.

1) Is the Amazon seller legit and
2) If so, why is there no 10% discount this week for Amazon

I don't see OOTP19 available on Amazon. I see 18, but not 19.
