Historical Jerseys Messed Up

I am in historical exhibition and running a tourney. As you can see in the below pic, all the uniforms are messed up and everyone is wearing different ones.

I was just curious if this is a glitch or do I need a jersey pack? If so, can someone direct me to the best one? Thanks.

EDIT: Was also curious if anyone else is having issues with historical 3D stadiums having weird animations with the ball and the game freezing up and crashing when you click "at bat"?

EDIT 2: Actually it's happening with current 3D stadiums as well and in my regular standard game. Happened after I downloaded Pstickerts historical ballparks mods.

ive had the same problem in historical seasons. i think its a bug.

i see facegen players in wrong uniforms
all players widgets are white font on grey (should be team colors)
on scoreboard, teams are white on grey (should be team colors)
at top middle "controls" section, its all white on grey (should be team colors)
you also have condensed screen. may need to fix your resolution.

That's interesting. I will download a jersey pack I just came across to see if that solves my problems. Curious as to why the 3D models are causing a crash though. I downloaded them from add-on central.

Restored all the default ballpark data and still having the uniform glitch.

Doing the 98 Yankees.

Bernie was never on the Twins and Knoblauch was never on the A's.

Yea I assumed that is the big issue behind it. Quick question for you, I know in the jersey folders they are OI files. Do you know how I can play a historical exhibition with the correct uniforms? I tried copy and pasting all the PNG files into the jersey folder, but they aren't generating when I start an exhibition. Thank you for the help.
