FIBB has it's first public opening

The Federation of International Baseball (FIBB) www.fibb.net has it's first public opening. The Paris Guillotines are now available.

The FIBB has the real major leaguers from 2003 (Rocco's roster set), but we started the league with a massive fantasy draft to re-allocate players to a 24-team international league. The league premise can be found at the top of the Constitution.

The league is now at it's first All-Star break and will not resume game simming until Monday night. The sim schedule is Mon, Wed, Fri - 10 days at a time (one game month in one real week). We are billed as a writing league and periodic team news articles are expected. The good thing is that you earn points with these contributions that can be used to purchase rewards. More details on this system can also be found in the Constitution.

Paris had the #1 pick in the initial draft and chose SP Mark Prior.

If you are interested, please come to our message board and check things out. If you would like to apply, please create a login and fill out the little application in the New Applicants section.

I am an experienced commish and we are full of dedicated, very active owners. Come check us out!

Joel

If you like me you'll like this league.

Now, no doubt you're saying, "But I don't know you"

Well then here is your chance!

Joel, aren't we trying to attract owners?

The owner who comes in and takes over Paris now will have the best young rotation in our division. And a legit shot to get beat by my team for the division title, year in AND year out.

If having a great commish and great owner base is one of your requirements for an online league, you owe it to yourself to check us out.

Sick of real-player, modern leagues that fold after one season? This isn't one of those leagues.

You forgot to qualify that A.J. ....the FIBB is likely not to fold after season 2, 3, and on down the line.

Real Players - Fictional Teams. It makes for a lot of fun.

Plus, its commisioner is Joel Odenbach, who previously ran the MBBA, one of the most successful leagues on the net.
