Never received link to download OOTP 19

I ordered OOTP 19 back on January 31. i have the email and order number.

My order confirmation states:

"This is a pre-order! The game officially launches March 22, download links will be emailed on that date. Pre-order customers get early access to the final beta build three days prior to release on March 19, download links will be emailed on that day."

I never received an email link on March 19 (nope, it's not in junk mail/spam either).

On March 21, I saw this post from Markus in the Tech Support section.

that post gave a link to the early download, so I downloaded what I guess is a beta version on 3/21 and have played it a bit. I love the new version.

However, I received an email on 3/22 with a "Download Now" link (for Windows and Apple).

Clicking on that link took me to the store to purchase the game, which I did back in January.

I don't need that, I need the link to download the game (assuming the beta version I downloaded needs the update).

My question is this: is the "early" version that I downloaded on 3/21 the same as what I would have downloaded on 3/22 if I only had the download link?

I'm not happy about not receiving the links on 3/19 and 3/22, but if someone could direct me to a download link for the 3/22 version, I'd appreciate it very much.

Thank you so much! As I said, I'm not sure if the DL I did on 3/21 is the same as the "final" release, so I'll DL from that link and reinstall just so I have the latest.
