Scout Ratings?

Scouting reports by my scouting director seem to fluctuate well beyond normal from month to month. One month, he'll say a player jumped from 0.5 to 5.0 stars, and the next, he'll go back down to 1.5 (with maybe 2-2.5 POT stars at best). Anybody else having this happen to them? Is there more scouting volatility than before?

Yep this is a problem several of us are having. I am waiting till it gets fixed to continue playing. It is a huge part of the game.
