The best way to get teams to carry three catchers?

I have requested a few times for a league roster evaluation page so I can see what teams only have 1 or 2 catchers but is there a way to insure most teams carry three catchers. I had some teams have only 1 catcher and that went on for a long time. Since these are larger leagues it's hard to keep track of all the team's rosters.

I have 4 leagues that have 25,26,28 and 30 player limits so it shouldn't be a problem for some leagues to carry more catchers.

I believe when rosters hit 30, teams should generally move to a 3-catcher system. Unfortunately at the moment there's no other way to "force" or "suggest" that.
