Add on central

I'm not certain how to get add-on central to work. I try to add the url, but nothing comes up. I've tried http://ootpmods.com/mods/ootp19.xml and the same, but with ootp18.xml, and nothing comes up. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

There's nothing for 19 (we're working on getting another mod hosting site up) but if you add this it should at least give you the mods for 18 and you can use them in 19.

One note, for those wanting the fictional logos from The Nickname Project:

They'll auto-install to the OOTP Baseball 19 -> logos folder.

However, this year the devs included some logos of their own, so you'll have to manually move (cut and paste) them to the OOTP Baseball 19 -> logos -> nicknames folder.

I ended up using the one for last year since it's already on their And when the new one comes out is it possible to delete the old 1 and install the new 1?

Old photo packs and historical 3Ds for 18 have worked perfectly for me in 19!

True. You just won't have 2017 stadia, or any other updates that were made with the 3-D historical stadium pack. But you're mostly playing in the 20th century right now, so you won't be affected and before long they'll have the OOTP19 mods up and running.
