Couple Of Issues

Hey guys i'm having a couple of issues i'm hoping someone can help with...

1) I've downloaded the game, have shortcut app on my desktop and all. But, everytime i close out of the game and try to load back up it always takes me to the "Purchase OOTP 19" and/or "Enter License Key" options as if the game hasn't been set up. When i try to put the key in it says invalid. So i end up having to go through the whole process all over again everytime. Am i doing something wrong?

2) I can't ever connect online with the game in spite of the fact i'm always connected. The game tells me to check my connection. Is this an issue on my end? If so any suggestions?

Thanks. This game is a masterpiece and it will be that much more enjoyable if i can get these ironed out.

For #2 if you mean on the main screen in the Challenge Mode area, that won't go live until tomorrow.
