Importing different schedule in Spring Training mode

I'm using OOTP19 and my current game which was imported from version 18 is currently in spring training mode on a different schedule. But when I tried to import the 2018 MLB schedule, it would not allow me to do that because I was not in Pre-season mode.

Is there any way to import the 2018 MLB schedule and not lose the transactions made between pre-season and spring training?

No unfortunately, schedules can only be imported during pre-season.
What you can do if you have the time and patience, is to go to the lgs.settings page, click Edit lg. schedule and manually edit each day to match the real 2018 schedule.
