Hardest MLB Team to Rebuild (non-historical)
Downloaded the beta and started a league with the 2018 Orioles. Opening the season 1-11 got me thinking, which modern (non-historical) team will be the hardest to rebuild in OOTP19?
Marlins? O's? Reds? I'd put my money on the Orioles for lack of a farm system, a mid-tier budget, and a couple of tough contracts that will linger. |

The Tigers still have a LOT of salary and not much down on the farm.

Unfortunately my Red Legs are kind of always playing rebuild because of the stupid ass stadium we built. Cincy is small market team with home run park so it's hard to afford both power hitters and ground ball pitchers to be able to compete. And it should be fun at least to see what Hunter Greene does in his early stages. If looking another direction I'm not sure how Marlin's farm looking but Jeter did great job of gutting all talent from their which will make attendence even more atrocious than usual.

I feel like the hindrances of the Marlins can't be reflected in OOTP so it'll never be as challenging as it's been in real life. You can draw fans to games, you don't have a meddling owner(you can in the game but it isn't the default) who is making absolutely insane decisions, and players don't have a pre-conceived notion of how awful your franchise is.
