Start Game Not Clickable

I am creating a new world. I completed the settings but the START GAME is not clickable.

Please help.

It doesn't look like you have any leagues selected, so there's nothing for the game to include. If you select a league then the start game button should be clickable after.

Ahh, interesting. I clicked all the leagues and then went into Advanced Options. I set all my options there. I see my error. Thank you.
