In the same obscure Macy's Titans semipro baseball yearbook made in 1980 that coughed up a photo of Braves farmhand Bob Wiswell (see minors thread) was a shot of short-timer Stu Locklin, who played for the Indians in 1955-56 for a total of 25 games (27 at-bats).
The only "card" of Locklin is a 1956-style custom made and printed by the late Bob Lemke.

Trying to do my best to follow board wishes to search thoroughly to make sure something hasn't been posted before, I feel pretty assured that this Brace image of Rusty Gerhardt is making its OOTP debut. Acquired from the same source as the Geishert I posted once before, Gerhardt was a one-year wonder for the Padres (2-1, 7.07 for the 1974 Pads).

At the same time, I found seldom-seen players Rick Henninger ('73 Rangers), Charlie Vaughan (1966, 69 Braves) from '66 and Mike Dupree ('76 Padres). I saw a headshot of Henninger in a tnfoto post, but not sure how often these have seen the light of day.

The photo on the left is from the Philadelphia Inquirer of March 22, 1953. The one on the right is from the Tampa Bay Times of Feb. 27, 1953.
