Is there any way to get a free copy of any of OOTP19? I love OOTP, but I don't really have a lot of discretionary income available. I'd be more than happy to blog about my experiences with the game in exchange.

Sometimes, in the past, review sites would put a copy up that you can win. You could try to watch for those once the game is released.
