Edit ballpark - Historical league

I am 7-8 seasons into a fictional/historic league. Is it possible to edit ballpark capacity/dome mid-play, or must that take place at the onset of the league? I have entered the "Edit ballparks", changed capacity and from "Open" to "retractable", but it does not appear the changes have taken hold.

Yeah you should be able to. Where is the park at where its not saying that the dome is closed? what the weather like, what time of the year?

Is it showing retractable or does it default back to open? This might be a better question for Lukas.

I toggle to ‘retractable ‘ in the editor but it continues to rain during home games . Same with ‘capacity’. Changed to 42000 but attendance maxes at 40,000.

I have no answer anymore. maybe something to do with League evolution? But that matters more if say you change a team name during the season it will revert back to the historical name after the season. Maybe try importing the .prk file for a Chase Field then change the name and park factors manually back to shibe.
