The new GUI is fantastic and a much better presentation of the data.

I also, really like the stamina slider bar for the pitchers...nice touch.

I just hope it all fits on my screen which is 1920 x 1080.

On a related note - in OOTP 18 I had the display settings set to 1920 x 1080, however, when I would start the game there would always be space around the perimeter of the game screen so I could see my underlying desktop. Hope you fix this in 19.

And it would be REALLY cool if some players would occasionally change how he wears his pants (or keeps his facial hair) based on hot streaks or slumps. One guy is slumping and starts wearing his pants at mid-calf. Another player is clean shaven when he starts a hitting streak and it keeps growing until his streak is broken.

Put these down for ideas for OOTP 25.

Yeah, we'll have all those neat details one day.... but right now, we're glad we have basic animations working. We'll add more animations in the future, and one day you will not be able to distinguish between OOTP and that neat little console game called The Show when setting the camera to the same birds-view perspective

This. I have always envisioned this feature linked with a new and better financial system where stadium construction is a major financial feature.

i remember all of the flack 3D animation caused at the onset. i think this is the version though that is gonna completely justify the move to 3d. this was where i'd hoped it would at least get to when first announced those few versions ago.

in short, incredible work as always. can't wait to transfer my long term sim to this and see my favorites on the field.
