Add Overpayment Check

Once when playing in Challege mode I mistakenly offered a 5 year contract to a trainer, he was asking for 600,000 and I wanted offer 500,000 per year, but I typed an extra zero 5000000. It kind of ruined my Challege league to be paying my Trainer so much. Adding some kind of check for offers that are too high would be an improvement.

I feel like staff contracts shouldn't be so heavily reliant on my pressing the '0' key the correct amount of times.

i've had a %$#@ fit over this type of thing or a misclick... lol every accidentally send 10AAA to mlb insteadof some other choice... added 5M to payroll for nothing, lol. and wasted an option!

an extra 0 is easy to protected agains... if ~5x more than demand pop up a warning.. at that point if you click yes a second time you deserve it for sure. (5x not 10x to give room and no one is offering 4x the demand in any situation.. even iafa sign at ~2x nearly 100% of time)
