All-star games

Hey is there a window that shows your league's history of every All Star game and the Box score and who was mvp?

All of them at once?

I wish there was a way. i dont even think Almanac tracks ASG but i stopped using almanac around OOTP 14. Wish there was also an easy way to mass import each all star team throughout history of MLB.

Related to this, i would like to be able to name an All Star roster in leagues that don't have an actual All Star game.

This is a much needed addition to Almanac IMO. Has been for years. All-Star games are treated like unnoteworthy, disposable interludes in the game. Certainly, one can argue that's all the All-Star game has been reduced to IRL as well. However, considering that making an All-Star squad is an important enough achievement to be permanently documented in a player's history, it would be nice if the actually event itself was permanently documented as well.

I'd love to see a Home Run Derby. It's my favorite part of real-world All-Star Weekend.

Even if it's not played out on screen, maybe OOTP could 'fake it' like Draft Day Sports and the slam dunk contest?

You guys are talking about Almanac and I feel stupid, but I have never used this feature nor do I know what it is.

I have a tendency to stick to what I know and become an expert at those things. I have been playing since OOTP10 and I still don't know...

I'll point out again that having alternative All-Star Game formats, as well as ASG's for leagues with only one division, or an odd number of divisions. There is a way to do this through specific additions to the schedule file structure. I've already thought through the additions that would cover it.

It would be nice if we could generate a team portrait of each all-star team as well.

I am curious has anyone ever managed a All-star game as if you won your league championship game you would then get to manage the respective league game?? and choose the secondary players as well. including pitchers. That feature is one I like if we eventually get this possibly in OOTP20 or 21 ???
