Minor League Roster Settings

Is there somewhere in the league settings to set minor league rosters to a default 30 player roster?

League Settings > Rules > Active Roster Size

That would change all my league setting rosters, including Majors. Was looking to change just the minors.

That setting is for each league individually. Look in the top-right area and you should be able to toggle between leagues.
