Historical Transactions Missing???

I could have sworn there was a setting inside Game Settings, League Settings, Historical that makes the team do all the historical transactions. I cannot find it. Is it somewhere else? Removed? Missing?

That's where you would find it. However, if during the original setup of your game you chose to have real minor leagues, you would not see the option for historical transactions. (There may also be other settings that would make the historical transactions option disappear.)

I think it also depends on the year.
I don't think its available before 1901.
Should be in the Historical tab in the Game Settings.
