Can "Park Factors" change (w/o human intervention)?

Is there any setting/checkbox that would cause park factors to change season to season (without a human obviously making the adjustment)?

I've just noticed, in a fictional online league, mine have seemingly randomly changed.

After a bit of detective work, found the issue.

While the league is fictional, my team is located in San Francisco and I changed my ballpark by simply adopting "real life" AT&T Park, dimensions from OOTP16 (which is what the game was playing when I changed) BY NAME in addition to the then-current dimensions.

With each new version of OOTP real life parks must have their factors (not necessarily their dimensions, but factors) adjusted to that of real life MLB. Same name, new factors. Huh!

Hoping a simply name change by the Commissioner will keep it static going forward?

If you have done the same, maybe have a look at your park too!
