Blank In Game Pop Ups

At least once per game I get a blank in-game pop up appearing. Has been happening for a long time, not sure what it means or why it happens. See picture below.

In my experience this happens when there is a fight. The box ought to show the fighting penalties, but it is always blank. You can see in your example that there was indeed a fight as the most recent event.

I think we had something like this before, can't remember the exact cause. We'll see if it's something with the fight description.
