Rookie Help

Hoping someone can aide a rookie;

So read the Online Manual - get the concept of "Tactics" BUT - how can I change them?

I set myself up as GM OTT - 2010 - as an example, the Team is set up: Offensive Tactic: Dump and Chase - but there does not seem to be any way to change that. Similarly, I am unable to change anything under the Global Tactics???

Thanks if someone can direct me!

If you're the GM only, you can't change tactics as that's the coaches job.
