New Injury Settings

Title pretty much explains it. Instead of the simple one injury setting, what about numerical settings for injuries like there is with aging and development, that affect the frequency, duration, and possibly severity for all injuries, and maybe a separate setting for career-ending injury frequency.

All these things can be done now by editing the injury text file. When you open the file, the top line explains how to adjust the numbers.
