So I'm starting up a new file and I'm trying to make a huge world tournament.
I've edited the draft pool so we get a wider range of players around the world to try to make it more competitive down the line . Problem is when it selections the nations to take part its calling Canada Toronto.... Its calling USA Brooklyn its calling England London.. Etc.... There are a few that have the right flag and country name but a lot of them have the flag and then a city name. What kind of a bug have a hit? Can I fix it? Deleting the tournament and starting again doesn't fix it |

This happened to me, as well. I tried various different settings, but in the end I gave up. It's something I would love to do, so if anyone has the answer I'd be thrilled!

I had that happen when I tried to put together the European Championships. It might be because you've listed a specific REGION. Leave region blank. When I Tried to do the Euro Championships I listed the region as Euro-At Large and it made the countries cities. When I left the region blank, and then just put in the countries manually, I was able to do the Euro Championships no problem. I'm in year 2032 of my MLB career, and I have every foreign and minor league running too. I've set up several international events such as the WBC, the baseball world cup, the Euro championships, the olympics, and an event I've made up called the Inter-Continental Series which I use almost 40 countries for. It's a blast!
