Manager-Player interaction

I love that OOTP 18 can report the relationship status between the manager and his players. However, unless I'm missing something, the whole concept seems utterly pointless unless a direct remedy exists for their interpersonal relationship.

There ought to be an option to sit a player down for a chat to hash things out. Maybe the chat works, maybe it doesn't. Maybe it even makes things WORSE. Regardless, there should be the option to deal with a player on a one-to-one basis.

I'm not on here much, so please forgive me if I've posted something like this before.

I like the idea. Interaction between the human player and the team staff, players, & prospects only adds to the immersion. Like during contract or extension negotiations for a fleeting moment they fell a little more like people. It would be a nice touch to interact with them and the managers and coaches a bit more.
