Player on MLB Post Season Roster also playing in the AFL

I am currently in the post season and I have a player who spent most of the season in the minors but made my playoff roster due to injuries and is now starting for me. I noticed that in a game he was getting 2 or 3 more ABs than everyone else in a regular 9 inning game and when looking at his player card, he is accumulating stats in the AFL and playing in games.

But after leaving the box score right after game and going back into look at the box score, he does not appear in the lineup.

And I just noticed that he (Golatt) is listed as playing 3b in my latest playoff game when I had him as the DH.

Same game as above but after leaving the box score at end of game and going back in to look at it. His stats are correct for the playoffs, so that is being kept separately.
