Extend players career?

Can you adjust the length of a players career? Like in Franchise Hockey Manager 4, you can make your players play forever by adjusting one of their attributes.

well if you're talking about editing players, giving an aging pitcher a good knuckleball is a good way to get a couple more years. but if you're editing one attribute, why not just edit them all?

Sorry, I meant there is an attribute called "Aging" which extends a players career; just wondering if OOTP has something similar

oh, no there's no rating that you can change that will affect that. I personally feel that a high work ethic rating will help with that but I don't think it's official. You can affect aging modifiers for the league as a whole

You can globally turn off or adjust aging, you cannot do it for one player.
