Lineup Issue?

So....I have the team control settings set so that the assistant handles the lineups. I am playing as the GM only. So why is it that the game always asks me to set the lineup when I have an injured player in the lineup prior to a game? Shouldn't the assistant automatically fix this?

That sounds like it may be the exit autoplay injury warning - if you uncheck "when a player is injured" in the bottom-right corner of the manager options, it should stop.
