Free Agency Offers Not Recognized

Hello,

I have run into a problem with free-agency pending offers not being recognized by players and was wondering if anyone else has seen this before.

For example, pitcher Daniel Schlereth received a $53 million offer from Team X on December 2nd. This shows up with no problems in the pending offers screen.

Since then, now ten days later, Team X has been told twice that Schlereth wants more money. As a result, Team X has offered a $69 million deal to Schlereth. That said, while the offer was clearly submitted and Schlereth said he would consider it, the offer has never shown up in the pending offer screen and is not truly being recognized.

Any help with the matter would be greatly appreciated.
