Help! New FA signing lost to Rule 5 the next day. How to undo?

I just signed Kershaw as a free agent, but hadn't moved him to the active roster before the next day happened. The Rule 5 draft started, and he was taken away!! I hadn't saved after that, but I still can't undo this travesty! It makes me want to stop playing. Help?

click the Play as Commisioner box under manager settings. Use the hand of god (player editor screen) and move him back to your team. easy peasy. Make sure his contract wasn't screwed up after. Sometimes that happens.
