How do I make my customized graphics available to GMs in my online league?

Apologies if this belongs in the Online Leagues section.

I've had an online league for a few years, and while most GMs don't seem to care about having the custom logos and uniforms I've created, a few do. I have had patchy success making these graphics work for other people. I'm not sure if I'm not telling them to put them in the right place, or what.

The graphics show up fine in my own copy of the game. Assuming I know nothing at all (which is close to being accurate anyway), would someone mind walking me step-by-step through the process of getting the files to show up for the other members of the league?

EDIT: Sorry. I misunderstood or misread. Didn't realize discussion was about a specific online league.

no, this is a perfectly appropriate forum for that question

The first thing you need to know is where the files are kept on your computer. ~ represents everything up to your league.

~/your_league/jerseys
~/your_league/ballcaps
~/your_league/news/html/images/team_logos
~/your_league/news/html/images/league_logos
~/your_league/news/html/images/person_pictures

The second thing you need to understand is what is sent over the league file when you update, assuming you have images checked in the file upload settings. Team logo, league logos, and person pictures is the only thing that gets included in that file, and that's only when they are changed. If you change a logo and a GM doesn't download that update, they will never get it because the logo won't be sent out the next sim.

So what you need to do in order to get them the files, is you have to zip up the folder and post them with instructions on your forum. I like to zip the folders individually because it makes the download significantly quicker for those that just need updated jerseys and caps. Also, a lot of commish's like to just zip the whole images file, but that adds a lot of unnecessary size to the download. It's best to understand the folder structure and zip just the actual folders you need.
