St. Louis Cardinals are a great franchise

I decided to play a historical league in Challenge Mode.
I decided to play my hometown St. Louis Cardinals.
I decided to look through their history and improve on their worst stretch.
I chose to start in 1902 which was the first season of nine consecutive losing seasons.

But there have not been many losing seasons in the Cardinals history since then.

Most reason 2 season consecutive losing (less than 0.500 win %) seasons is 1994 and 1995. The next prior consecutive losing seasons were 1958 and 1959.

I knew the Cardinals had a good history, including second most World Series Championships. I had no idea they've done so well in the long haul, avoiding seasonal losing streaks.

And they have the best uniforms hands down, and in a baseball town to boot! Not many of those in the US, where you'll find that other league, you know, the league where you can have multiple felonies and still play, and make millions. That league dominates most cities across the country.
