Unsigned prospect deadline sorting

If you go to the Unsigned Prospect page and try to sort by 'signing deadline', the results are rather random. Unless there's a way to make it sort by the year rather than the first letter in the date column, it might be good to format the deadline dates by year first so the current sorting algorithm has an easier time of it; it's just sorting a bunch of June 30ths and doesn't look past that right now.

It actually appears to be sorting by nationality, but not in any order I can figure out. Strange, we'll get that fixed.
