Just updated - seeing a real problem

I updated OOTP today and started a new game. I am playing version 18.8 Build 76

If it matters, this is the first time I have updated since the beta release. (Real Life just gets in the way of quality gaming

)

After playing the first game (as manager in minor leagues) and advancing to the next day, I notice that the standings have not updated. All teams are still at 0 wins and 0 losses. This is not the case in all leagues but my league (AAA PCL) is not the only one affected.

Also, Team statistics have not updated.

Is anyone else having this problem?

After posting, I closed the program and got an error that sounds like a windows permissioning issue. I am going to restart the season and run with admin privileges and see if it makes a difference.
