Possible calculation bug?
Hey,
I'm playing as Vegas Golden Knights (Challenge Mode) and I noticed something strange. If I use umbrella as my PP formation, my power play strength is always either a negative number or very low. Other power play formations work just fine, and they actually show the right number. It's not a game-breaking bug, but visually kinda annoying. ![]() I mean -22? That can't be correct? Any other formations give me at least 30. Last edited by PromisedPain; 10-08-2017 at 01:46 PM. |

It's possible for the score to go into the negatives (and not that uncommon at lower levels), but a little unusual for the NHL. I don't see anything obviously wrong with the tactic settings for that one, though. Can you show me what your power play lines look like?

Nvm, I didn't set my roles, the actual strength is 10 if I have my roles set. That seems pretty low though, maybe it's just because my players aren't fit for the strategy?
Umbrella with roles set: ![]() 'The Office' with roles set: ![]() I know Kovalchuk probably isn't the greatest screener out there so maybe I should look for something else, but I don't get how these numbers are calculated. The numbers aren't that much weaker for umbrella are they? |

Ah, I think I see the problem: Umbrella wants a forward in one of the D spots on the first unit. Try that and the score should go up.
