Goalie Hot Streak

I have noticed a lot of backup goalies getting starts over much higher rating goalies. Now I know in real life coaches tend to go with who is hot but i'm seeing it a lot across the league.

Like for example I have Gibson 17 games 2.18 GAA 3 stars outta 4 stars and then there is Pavelec 41 games 2.31 GAA 1.5 stars outta 1.5 stars.

That is a AI team? In that case,could you look up what values the Goalie Usage are on that teams strategy screen?

The one I just posted about with Gibson and Pavelec is my controlled team. I checked strategy and it shows Gibson as #1 goalie and Pavelec as #2 goalie. Meanwhile Pavelec has played now 42 games compared to Gibson 18. But I do see this as a problem with AI teams also is that normal?

Do you use the Goalie Usage system? What are the settings for it?

I tweeked it a bit now so ill let you know if I still have the problem or not I played one day and it still started the backup.....but ill give it some time maybe it was just a scheduled day off for the starter.

I tried to find the save folder to send but I cannot find it for some reason. Can you show me step by step how to send it to you.
