I had a hard time trying to come up with a team for Hollywood... I finally settled on the "Hive"... I totally made this one up from scratch, so I really like to know your thoughts on this set...

I like that a lot. Was there any origin to the name besides the alliteration?

I know you're going for a very different style than your normal work, but I wonder what this would look like with a little less of the shading effects. Either way, it's super distinctive and I like that.

No not really, just had a nice ring to the name imo... That is not shading, it is using a gradient effect...

I do like the name, but I think the gradient effect looks a little awkward on the hat and the away jersey. The black on the bottom of the gradient blends a little too much into the black jersey and hat. Looks fine on the lighter jersey, though.

I feel I must disagree, The gradient effect is very well done, and I wish it was used more often. If it is blending into the cap and jersey, perhaps a white border would remedy this. Love them Tx! May be time to relocate the Wenatchee Wasps to Hollywood.

Last up for the PCL, at least for now, are the Seattle Chiefs... I wasn't quite satisfied with the T-Birds, so I did another one for Seattle...

Very nice. I liked a lot of the look of the T-birds one, but the hockey sticks were a little distracting.

Excellent work! Unless I like whatever you do with Philadelphia better i'm most likely going to run this franchise. My league will be using real players starting in 1978 which was the year I started following baseball.

I knew they were from a hockey team... In fact I referenced that in the OP for this team... For some reason I just never picked up those were hockey sticks...
