Game ignoring custom playoff series selection

This is still happening in OOTP 18. Please assist.

Not sure on tournaments. Ran one so far and didn't notice any issues.

Apologies. Finally tracked it down, and yes, it appears that we were always defaulting to certain modes for association playoffs. That will be fixed in the next update.
