My Clubhouse is Feuding?

Any help and what I should look for and how to correct this? My clubhouse is feuding and not happy, totally disrupting my team and they are playing like crap.

check what kind of manager you have. You need a strong hand in there. Also get rid of that CF that's disruptive. Those things will help, but won't cure everything.

The only cure for disruption is winning

trade away players that are bad for the team chemistry (or release fringe players if u have any)

try to acquire good leadership

I'm going to trade that CF away and see it that helps, his personality makeup says: Not a team player and if he doesn't control his combative behavior he will get a one way ticket out of town.

Yep I'm thinking he is a problem.

So I traded the CF and got an email that says the clubhouse is secretly happy with cutting ties with the CF and says the resounding sentiment is that no one is upset that he is gone.

Hope that worked.

You also might wanna keep an eye for any guys where it says they don't take losing or criticism well. Prankster-style fellas would stay chill when the wins are down.
